Comments:

Good consistent race! Had hoped to be under 32:00, so was thrilled with this pace on those hills.

What would you do differently?:

Not too much. As always, I could have MAYBE been a bit faster in the last half (maybe mile 4), but I'm not totally sure here. Tried to be smart and had a decent effort throughout.

Walked a lot - no more running. Didn't stretch until back home hours later.
