They do look fast in the intro, but sadly the no audio (?) and long length (27min+) of the video will keep me from watching the rest.   Maybe it'll work better on my home PC...

Go to the ITU website: http://www.triathlon.org/?call=TVRBeQ==&keep=sh and click on the Tricast to choose from a variety of ITU races from this and previous years. These guys are crazy fast. Of course Emma is the best

Yeah, those guys are fast. The winning times in all those ITU races pretty much fall in the range of 1:45 to 2:05, depending on the course. They run the 10K in 30 min. It's awesome.

I love watching those ITU videos. I downloaded them all so I can easily watch when I need some inspiration. I agree that Emma is the best. Awesome to see her race.

Yep, well, I'm supposed to be packing up my apartment so I can move across town this weekend. But thanks to you guys, here I am watching triathlon videos. When my wife gets mad, I'm blaming you guys!
