Hello, im a 22yr old guy whos never done any triathlon stuff before, but now I want to. Im 5'11" and 150lbs, and not looking to lose any wieght. Im still pretty toned from wrestling in high school, but have been inactive for the past 4 years in the air force. I want to swim every other day cause im horrible at it. However, im not sure what I should do on the days in between swimming. Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome. Good luck in your swim training. In the days between swimming....try running and biking.

look on the home page for training plans. there is a plan for swim focused tri-training.

I recommend the training book "Total Immersion". It provides a lot of good info on improving swim techniques to make you more comfortable and relaxed in the water not mention faster.

I grew up near water and could swim ok but after I read the book, my swimming improved greatly.
