Thanks, I'll adjust the last few weeks accordingly. I did ample research (read a few books, Going Long etc.) and found this schedule to make the most sense to me. I just thought that it was short on the taper. The schedule is more of a guideline for me, otherwise I bike too much, run too little and don't swim.
