Subject: Running Help I got a new pair of running shoes around Memorial Day that weren't the right shoes for me. I started to have knee, shin and hip problems after running on them for a month or so (tri - training in that month, so I was running less than usual and therefore noticed the problem later ). Now I have shoes that are good for me, but I'm still having problems. I'm wondering if it's a weight plus too much too fast issue (I'm 5'9", 168# and started a training program for the Chicago Half Marathon 2 weeks ago ), but I've never had as many problems like this before. I don't know what to do, it's very distressing because running has been and is one of my favorite activities for 4 years now, and I'm worried I'm going to cause permanent damage. I realize this is kind of a vague plea, but does anyone have any ideas?
