Pearl Izumi. I like them and would recommend 'em, but then again, they're all I've ever used.

Mine are Louis Garneau.  It's just what they had in my LBS, but they seem to fulfill there purpose well.  They fit, they're soft, they keep me warm....

Pearl Izumi arm warmers with the thermafleece.

For the legs, I use cheap tights from Performance Bikes (Reebok, Cannondale ... whatever) ... if it gets too cold, then I use Pearl Izumi tights with windstopper panels on the front/thermafleece on the back.

No great affinity for Pearl (actually think their tri shorts stink) but always seems to be Pearl that is on sale ...

I use a pair of Castelli arm warmers. I wouldn't sweat it too much, they're all the same...more or less.

Lo-Tech Russell Fleece.  It's the latest.

BTW, I was at WalMart (I know, I know) and they have long sleeve technical mock turtlenech Under Armour style shirts on sale for about 16 bucks and nylon Starter running pants with warm linings on sale for I think 9 bucks or something really cheap like that.  There are also sleeveless technical tops.  The only sizes I saw were either small or XL and larger.

Trek leg warmers, activa arm warmers and also Sugoi arm warmers. The sugoi ones are part of our team kit and are not really warm.

You didn't ask, but I have activa booties (it took me forever just to find a pair that fit my small feet) and Sugoi shoe covers (again part of the team kit).

Castelli arm, legg and foot covers, I think they are the best due to the kewl scorpion on them.

Big fan of the DeFeet arm warmers & kneekers. Super comfortable (to me) and reasonably priced.
