Major MOJO to all racers!

THE RACE 'round my neck of the woods this weekend: HALF VINEMAN!

My BF was planning on running, but an injury slowed his training and he's decided not to "hurt" himself. Instead, our friend who will be returning from his tour of The Tour this afternoon, will entertain us with stories and pictures. And on Sunday, we'll go cheer on the racers!

I'm racing in the Continental Cup, Olympic distance, this Saturday. Going to be a great race, as has a world-class field i.e.: Simon Whitfield (gold medalist from Canada), Australian and Trinidad Olympic teams.

The race is going to be televised live on C.B.C and TSN.

Good luck to all of you,

Geoff

Yikes! Sarting w/ a 1/2, my hats off to you. Best of luck to you and everyone else competing this weekend! Be sure to take it all in and enjoy, for the fun is in the journey not the destination.

Hey, count 3 more BT'ers for the Solana Beach Tri.  Myself, brother (JCHYTE), and nephew (SFRALEYIII) will be out there too.  Actually talked to Tom (MADCOW) at B&L today too.  Lara, will you be out there tomorrow??
