Subject: The footwheel thingy......
I saw a thread( I can't for the life of me find it again) where someone was using a device that fit on your feet and had a wheel. The object of the game was a serious core workout. If anyone recalls where it is or has a link, please post. I am interested in what the workout looked like. I think I can bypass purchasing this piece of equip. by using my roller blades, or maybe not.......

It was my thread, but I have no idea what I said, other than it ROCKS, and you can buy the power wheel here .  (It sells in other places, but this is my gym, owned and run by the guy who invented it, along with other stuff including instructional materials...)

Thx Possum. What do you do though? Get in the push up position and kinda walk along on your hands? Heck, I'm going to go put on my roller blades and see what I can come up with. Thx again !!
