Looking for a boost to beat winter doldrums? Try the Double or Nothing Challenge.  Complete two workouts a day for seven days in a row.  If you miss a workout, you must start over.  Workouts must last 30 minutes each (at least), and consist of swim, bike, or run (or a combo).  Bricks don’t count as two workouts.  You must post your workouts on the BT training log, and announce your start date.  The challenge lasts from October 23 to December 31, 2006.  Good luck!

That sounds like a good challenge ... but if I try to do that now I'll destroy my marathon training ...... maybe after the beginning of the year I'd give it a shot.

I think I'll give this one a try. I haven't done a challenge since spring so I suppose its time to start getting back into it. Lets see if I can do this in the next couple weeks!
Good Luck!

Wow - this sounds awesome. I should do it soon. Does a 30-minute weight training session count as a workout?

I finished today   That was a great challenge for me- it forced me to get out there on some cold and windy days to ride my bike which I needed to do.  It should only help me in the Philly marathon.  Thanks Lobstergirl!

Starting over on the 13th got sick most of last week. Kept it up til Friday, but figured it would not be the smartest thing to push it too hard and make things worse. Well here we go again.
