Big workout today...IKEA shopping for a couch, groceries, accompany the wife to the hairdressers, more groceries at the Italian place ... ETA: 6:00 ... At least it's a rainy day so I won't miss anything!

It is pouring rain here too, good day to rest up for tomorrow's tri.  The rain is stopping tonight, yahoo!  Going to pick up my race kit this afternoon.

You said it Bear! It's getting steamy!

15 mile bike (hills) and 3 mile run with COgirl and her husband. Sure is fun meeting people from here! I had a blast. Her husband brought up a good suggestion: if anyone in the Denver area wants to get together for a mock-tri or specific training, why don't we? If anyone else in CO is interested, I'd be up for it...

Good luck to all those racing!!

As for me, went for a 800 yard open swim with my tri coach this morning. Later out for a 75 min bike ride followed by a 20 min transition run. Then I get to EAT, EAT, EAT!!!

60 mile bike ride and 11 mile run....

wanted to go longer, but it was 97 degrees at the end of my run and I was toast.

Long bike ride. 40 miles. On the mtn bike with knobby tires.

Oh for two weeks to be over, so I can get my Felt S25!!!!! ( I'm going to be soooo FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! )

Did a brick today...40min bike[11.3mi] followed by a 19min run[2.3mi]
Felt pretty good!

60 mile bike ride with the DH -got back and we had unexpected company call and ask to pop in for a visit. They were traveling through the area. So, we took the world's fastest showers and did some cardio cleaning.... and that was it for the day. Tomorrow, my big workout is going to be painting the guest room. The spackling, sanding, and priming are done. Now for the fun part.
