To be fast at a course like Eagleman (flat and windy). And to look cool while doing it.

They should actually be similar in performance.  If you're primarily racing on flat courses, weight won't be much of an issue, but I'd suggest going as deep as possible on both the front and back.  I run a 60mm front and a 90mm back, which will work in just about any conditions, but do wish I had a disc for about 90% of my races.
