Subject: Wiggle Wireless Tracking for IMFL?

From what I can tell, friends and family of IM racers at Kona could get results text messaged to their cell phones through Wiggle Wireless for free on 10/21.  Does anyone know if this, or something similar, will be available for IMFL next weekend?  A few friends have asked me if there will be any way for them to receive updates to their cell phones as they may not be able to check the website for updates throughout the day.

I believe at ironmanlive.com you can receive updates through text message. I was receiving text messages for the Chicogo Marathon. I would start there...

Glad this was brought up, one of my guys mentioned it to me at our pre IM beer outing. He said it was on the IM live site too.

LOVED the text messaging of the splits from Kona … was up in the mountains and not near an internet connection. Wiggle allowed me to follow my friends’ splits so that I could root them on from afar. Will this service be available for IMFL 06 (in 10 days?)

Going back to the mountains this weekend and therefore will not be able track the progress.  Pleae post it here if you found a way to get something via TM through this or another service ... it is going to be a GREAT race to follow!
