Subject: newbie
hello.im 25 years old,5'7 and 160 lbs. i would like to begin training for a triathlon event this coming october. unfortunately this is going to be my very first time to do so. i dont know what to begin training for. but this couple of months ive been swimming 1k's and running 1 k's also. im also a member of a dragon boat rowing team. and am i overweight?

good day ron. thank you in advance. in october the triathlon im going to be in will consist of a 750m swim, 20k bike and a 5k run.ive just started with the couch to sprint program i found here in this site, i chose the aggressive program of 4 months. i know i can do the aggressive training, but for the past couple of months i just lost 4 lbs.
