Hello...

... and a little confession: I'm not a beginner triathlete YET. Right now I'm still just a runner training for an August 15th marathon and looking forward to starting triathlon training in the fall. I've been using the training logs because they rock, and I'll be using them to transition into the new training.

So, a little about me- this will be my 4th marathon and I still don't consider myself a "real" runner. I'm improving and little by little I'm increasing my speed, but I have a long way to go. I'm a second-year medical student, a vegan, and an Alaskan.
