Garmin 305 foot pod accessory

I've heard that the release of the footpood is being pushed back into next year (Jan). I don't understand how they can't hit a release date with these things.

As far as accuracy, it will have the Dynastream SpeedMax footpod which is the same technology as all the others (Polar, Nike, Suunto), so it should be accurate.

IMHO, this could have been the feature that put the 305 over the top, but it will use EITHER the GPS OR the footpod, but it does give you a choice to use what works best for that workout.
