11,500 yards in the pool, 151 miles on the bike, and 30.8 miles of running, including a 34 mile AeT threshold ride @ 24mph avg. My coach is a sadist and this is still base building for IMAZ!
It's gonna be a long winter here in the desert.....but it felt good to git 'er done.

Nice training....sounds like you enjoy the sadistic training from your coach.

Making me in NE jealous..I rode today and it was 40. I did ride 92 miles in the last 8 days which is good when it gets dark at 4:35pm and it is cold.

Wonder what fun stuff and huge volumes lay ahead for you. Enjoy your IMAZ training!

I'm going to IMAZ too but I only did 50 on the bike and a nice swim this morning........followed by Nascar and Football. See you when you cross the finish line!!!! ................. Uh, I'll be the one heading out for the run :-)

Seems like I always feel good about my week until I read what one of you FULL IM athletes do! I guess thats why we come here though right... For some support and inspiration!
