Subject: RE: Newbie saying hello Thanks for the welcome. I live in Huntsville, AL and I'm racing the HiWaay Sprint on Aug. 21 and the Rocketman on Aug. 29.
My training is as follows:
Sun.-Off
Mon. Run 3-4 miles
Tues. Swim 500-800 yds
Wed. Morning-Bike 15-30 miles
Evening-Run 3-4 miles
Thurs. Morning-Strength Training
Evening-Soccer Game
Fri. Morning-Bike 15-30 miles
Evening-Swim 500-800 yards
Sat. Morning-BRICK (15 mile bike, 3.2 run ) or Run 10K
I try to have between 5-7 small meals a day, two of those a Protein shake, I prefer MetRx Vanilla and throw a banana or blueberrys in the shake for added flavor.
