Duct tape them to bikes and make them ride, oh, 200 miles with Gina (grvfrog).

Give them the James Bond wicker chair treatment from the new movie.

Ooh! Even better...make them ride red bikes. That way, the cops could always catch their slow @sses.

SUPERSIZE THEM.   A massive heart attack will take care of them in the end.

Put them in Cajun Country with a poster board reading   LSU SUCKS!!!

Make them do a naked 5K bareback on a red shoe wearing Alpaca while eating a peanut butter burrito.

Enter them in the 135 mile ultra race through Death Valley….without any hydration.

I've always had the wish for the bad guys to be forced to do the sort of training we do 7/365 as part of their community service....with the victim as the trainer/coach. 

Ok...today, we're doing a brick - we'll start with a quick two hour ride followed by a 30 min tempo run.  Make them finish a tough race or spend time in jail.  See how many pick jail after 20-30 days in.

Uh, it just occured to me that with most of these suggestions we'd be developing a class of super athletic criminals who could physically out do most of the population.  I'm not sure that's a good thing.

Let's stick with Cindy's grandmother.  How about Cindy's grandmother reading transcripts of COJ while they watch those male Bulls cheerleaders?
