Subject: time to barbque
its 10 degrees outside and i have the urge to barbque. this is a recipie i got from a friend that use to travel to outdoor events with the ol barbee. i have used it on chicken, pork, and mad cow, and my brother has used it on fish. my friend said if i ever used this recipie to make money i had to give him a cut.
2 cups fresh garlic cloves
3/4 cup black pepper
1/2 cup salt
1 cup lemon juice
1 lg can pineapple juice (46oz)
1 can crushed pineapple
throw in blender just till thick
this makes a decent size batch wich i freeze and and use only what i need. when i saw the amount of some of the ingriedents i thought he was crazy. but you should have seen the line of customers. hey i think its starting to snow so i better hurry ukp and get the weber going!
