Anyone else have the uncontrollable urge to try and chase down any car that comes up next to you and honks? I go really fast then, but have not caught anyone yet... if you stop hearing from me, I caught someone that was much bigger than me or armed...

I thought of this because of the kids at the bus stop yelling at soupaman... wtf is wrong with people, I ride way over to the side and keep a pretty decent speed most of the time.

Kinda like a dog chasing a car, what exactly are you going to do if you catch it?

I used to do that when I was younger (much younger!!!!) and I usually caught up to them at the next red light. I was amazed at the cowering looks on their faces when I would pull up to the driver's side and start pummeling the top of the car with my fists while ranting like a maniac. Never once did anyone dare step out of the car and face me though. The last time I did this, there were four rather large guys in the car and they all rolled up their windows and locked the doors. It dawned on me afterwards that they could have rushed out, beat the daylights out of me, and left me for the buzzards! Needless to say that I no longer do that. Oh, I still chase them down, but these days I just look at them and smile.

this is all just a different form of road rage. my car has been in the shop for TWO months and I've gotten used to NO traffic on the bike so now anytime I get behind the wheel I swear Im a prime candidate for road rage.
