Extreme Veteran 466 | Subject: RE: 255 days until IM WI Hey, my countdown timer widget says 254 days and then the other one says 205 days until that other race exactly 49 days before. I'm not making any 'K' plans or predictions(I'll leave that to my coach when developing my season) until I see how the early season 70.3/HIMs go. I know what I need for speed to qualify at the 2 IMs I'm doing this year and I'm not sure I can get there this year. |

Pro 4675 Wisconsin near the Twin Cities metro | Subject: RE: 255 days until IM WI Folks, check out the announcement for Rich Strauss's (Crucible Fitness) Ironman Wisconsin training camp to be held in early July http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1400172 I signed up for this camp last year but they had to cancel due to lack of interest. I plan on attending this year if they hold it. Rich is very knowledgeable about IM training and has raced IM WI himself, in addition to providing support to the race staff last year. Let's get some interest going! |
