Subject: New to it all I have been "training" for about 3 months. Its going a ton better than I had planned. I have never been an athlete, but a buddy of mine started doing these TRI's last year, and it was neat seeing his body change. So I disided to start doing this myself, and it is amazing how much my out-of-shape physique has changed in such a short time. I don't have a specific race in mind yet, but am looking at a few in mid-to-early 2005. Up until now I was just enjoying training, but after reading the article about that guys first tri and the water being up hill, I decided to attempt a few races. I swim in a pool now and its a good thing I can touch, or I would probably drown. This website is great and thanks to all for the info.
