Gary Flink, the head coach/director is a nice guy. You need 2 years experience before being able to apply for the tema but they welcome anyone who wants to train with them.

You might also want to check out your local YMCA - I've noticed a trend where they have Tri programs that last about 12 weeks. Also, if you find a Masters swimming program, I'd bet most of the members are actually triathletes, so you might be able to hook up with them.

Shauna, Paramount Adventure is excellent. SHTC might be a bit far from you since the group trains mostly in the Red Bank area.
