Get one of those icepack bandanas or make one yourself. Icevests are going to be de rigeur at Athens. I love the heat. I don't sweat very well normally and when it really gets hot I have been known to be running in 38 deg C going "yeah...I'm sweating!!" I actually feel like an athlete! Which I'm not - so it's a big lie. As per previous posts just make sure you weigh before and after and replenish what you have lost. Are your Tris in the heat? If not, try and avoid the heat when you train, but if your Tris are going to be run in these conditions you must get out there and train in them and learn what works re hydration. In line with others posting I too dilute sports drinks below recommended concentration. By the time I have a Carboshot (one after the first hour and then every 40 mins or so) the sweetness just gets too much.
