My buddy in Iraq who is fighting the Bush's war, has been running and running and not a lot of swimming. We will be doing our first tri's this spring. He is not a good swimmer. He mentioned going to MN Tri Masters (St. Louis Park) to better his swimming and I thought it would be great to have someone (the coach) pushing me to get my swimming stamina back.

Do any of you go to these sessions? Any feedback? thank you in advance!

I am planning on signing up with Dave for swim lessons. (Possibly today) He is one of the most incredible swimmers you will ever see. He did a crossing of the English Channel a few years ago and is now training for a double crossing. I went to a open water training session he put on and was amazed at the progress I made. He teaches Total Immersion swimming.

that's what I read! amazing...

I have a strong swimming background, but I would love to see what he can do to make me strogner at the swim...he must be amazing!

I might swing by to meet with him or something...price isn't too bad for a coach and pool time!!!
