Subject: Swim coaches???
Can anybody lead me in the direction of a swim coach? This is my second year of tris (all sprints) and I want to up my distances. I do fine once I get out of the water but the longer distance swims scare me to death. I live in the Marietta area.

Lisa Marshall at The Sportfactory. She is a great coach and will come over to Cobb Aquatic Center to give you a lesson.

Check with Dynamo as well to compare value. They offer masters classes in Alpharetta and Dunwoody.

Good Luck!
