Subject: Philly area races
Just wondering what races everyone in the area is planning on participating in for 2007.

I'm most likely looking at:

Kelly's Logan House 5K....3/3
Brandywine Valley Duathlon...4/14
Broad Street Run...5/6
Got the Nerve? Triathlon...5/26
Philadelphia Olympic Triathlon...6/24
Philadelphia Give it the ol' tri Triathlon...7/29
Jefferson Distance Run...9/16
Bassman Half IM...10/7
Philadelphia Half Marathon or Marathon...11/18 (Too much in between for me to decide)

I'm up in Rhode Island but I'm coming down to your area for three:

Black Bear, June 3
New Jersey State, July 22
North East, August 26

I'm thinking of starting with the Parris Island sprint in SC, a couple of local sprints up here and I'll end the season at the FIRMman half in RI.

Maybe I'll see you down in Philly.

I'm still looking at the North East Maryland Tri, but may be out of town that weekend, not really sure.

That's as far as I've gotten, other than Baltimore Marathon in Oct.  Between Philly and Reading, there are a LOT of small, nice races to run.  Of course, they're all running, but hey.  Lots of trail runs.

Maybe Cape Henlopen, end of Sept.
Philly Marathon Half, November

I might not keep all of these on my schedule, and would like to add a few shorter (5K, 10K, etc.) running races here and there.
