Lurker - back after Tri hiatus...

Hi all,
Didn't want to be accused of being a lurker, so a little about myself. Have been pretty athletic (running & mtn biking) for the last 14 years, before that soccer, lacrosse and baseball. Did a tri in 1995 (The Falmouth Sprint Tri, great race along the beach in Falmouth, MA) w/ my wife, we had a blast. Have competed in Mtn bike races and enjoyed those. Have completed 2 marathons, but didn't really train properly, I can't say I enjoyed those to much, however the feeling of accomplishment was great. So here I am training again, after quite a few nagging injuries, for Tri's. However, I beginning properly this time w/ a couple of sprints this month and next. Next year I will try a OLY distance and if I can stay injury free a 1/2 IM.
