Vacation rental needed

As luck would have it I get to take the week of Jan. 29 off of work. I would like to take my family ( wife and son) somewhere warm ( other than here in Indiana). Does anybody have any suggestions for vacation rentals, condos, beachhouses etc?

I can either fly or drive
My boy is toddler age
I would like to be able to get in some warm weather training
Most importantly the cheaper the better

We have a scheduled vacation for later in the year that we have budgeted for so this will be an impromptu, cheap get-away.
