Subject: Outta Shape Bud Lite Vet
OK, it's time to get back at it. Former age-group and high school swimmer, 47 y.o, 29% bmi, known to smoke a cheap cigar and crack a cool one occasionally. Participated in tri events back in the "beginning" - even a relay participant in the Bud Light series (Folsom 1982(?). Short term goal is a sprint early in 2005 and an Olympic in 2007 when I'm 50.
