I'm starting to train for a triathlon starting tomorrow. Mostly gonna do running or general aerobics that won't hurt my knees and swimming until I can find a bike cheap. I'm a college senior and until last year I kept myself in really good shape, but I started working while going to school and was just too tired or unmotivated to work out. Now, I'm working two jobs while doing school, but am still aiming to try to train for a triathlon because these are three sports that have never come easy to me, so I think it would be a good test for me. Anyway, that's about all there is about me.

Welcome! Definitely utilize the training logs on here, even if you leave most of the fields blank, or just use the "notes" section. I find that it helps to keep me motivated to work out.

Good luck with finishing up school!

thanks for all your well wishes...went running with my roommate for 22 minutes today and actually felt in good shape. Even made sure to stretch well afterwards. Hopefully, I'll continue now that school's officially started.
