Champion  10154    Alabama |  Subject: Saturday MorningsThis morning at 0930 hrs my daughter sees me in the house and says "Aren't you supposed to be biking?!" lol I guess maybe Saturday morning bike rides have become somewhat of a habit. I really don't enjoy riding in the freezing cold though so I gave myself the day off. :-) ~Mike |

My son and daughter "root" for mom when she's on the treadmill or trainer and have become used to her training routine. "stay away from the bike/treadmill" used to be a common saying, now they know better. |

We need to find a warm spot in the country to do some quietwater canoe and kayak filming. All winter we've been figuring AL or AR would be the place to go. Every time we checked it was toasty and nice. And then, as Murphy would have it, just as we start planning to leave, AL and AR freeze up just like the rest of the country. Hope sunny AL comes back soon! |
