Has anyone done this?  I am thinking about it before my vacation since I wear a 40 sunblock and my legs are blindingly white.  All I picture is the episode of Friends where Ross keeps getting sprayed on one side.

Never tried it. Love the jergens stuff though.

That was one of the funniest friends. HE wanted a 2 and got a 4, then went back and it became an 8. LOL!!!

I've done it once, and personally hated it.  It smelled bad and I looked more highly freckled then tan.  I'm a big fan of Clinique's self-tanner.  Either way you, exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate before you go...it'll help even things out.

I had it done before a friends wedding where the dresses were black. If you do go and get it done, slather your fingers and toes with the goo that they have in the tanner, if not you will have orange knuckles. Also if you want it done for the vacation and you want it to look right, i would suggest going once before hand to see if you like it and get the hang of it. Then go again just before you leave.

My girlfriend did it for a cruise we went on and she looked like she had a liver disease.  Her name is Patty, so I called her liver pate for the whole vacation...so, Yeah!  Do it for the entertainment of your friends?

i vote a second on the need to EXFOLIATE BEFORE YOU DO IT! and personally I like the Estee Lauder products.

I'm a huge fan of "tan in a can" and have been doing it since the days of QT (yeah, I learned my lesson when I turned orange)

But once you get the hang of it (exfoliate, wash your hands, don't touch ANYTHING you don't want stained for the first couple hours) it works well.

Sis did the tanning booth spray and loved it.

I did this twice.  Once as a practice and before I got married and it worked well for me.  I agree with the exfoliate comment.  Also, make sure that when you get out, use the towel to wipe off your hands, feet, ankles, and behind your knees and elbows.  This will prevent from buildup and it looking uneven and blottchy.  You will be smelly right after you go and you won't be able to shower for a while, so I would go at night before you go to bed, and not shower until the next morning. Go to a reputable tanning place.  Good luck!

Find someone in your area that uses a "turbine" spray machine.  It makes for a way better tan, and compared to the airbrush tan, it is mess-free, dries faster and looks better.  I had sooooo soooo many compliments after getting one.
