Subject: HR Zones = RPE?

My gym has a chart on the wall that shows intensity levels from 1 - 10.

Rate of Perceived Exertion Scale
0 Nothing at all
0.5 Very, very weak
1 Very weak
2 Weak
3 Moderate
4 Somewhat Strong
5 Strong
6
7 Very strong
8
9
10 Very, very strong
* Maximal

How does this translate to HR Zones?  Am I correct in assuming that RPE 7-8 is roughly equivalent to HR Zone 5, or very near or above my LT?

Thanks, JohnnyKay!  That's a very helpful chart.  It's pretty close to what I'd been trying to follow, so I'm happy.
