Flagstaff Training

Hi All!

I will be spending sometime in Flagstaff periodically throughout the year, and, I was curious if there are any Flagstaffer's out there who can give me some advice as to where to get in some swim training? Are there any gyms, lakes, local pools in the area?

Also, are there some low traffic bike routes? I'll be staying in the Bellemont area.
