Subject: RE: 20 week olympic program I'm on a sprint plan (week 9 of 12) that calls for all sports 3x per week. I've stuck to it for the most part but have had to adjust for sick or busy days as needed. I find the swim the hardest to move just because or the pool schedules at the gym and not wanting to swim on the weekends. The bike and run I can move/swap as needed based on convenience. The trick is to make sure you give yourself ample rest time between the big sport specific workouts (i.e. rest run day after a long run, or rest bike day after a long ride). One piece of advice my coaches game me was on days where I had 1 tought and 1 easy workout (say hill training on the run and just an endurance ride on the bike) was to do the tougher one first so you're fully rested and have enough power.
