Subject: need to learn
Hi all!

I live in Vancouver and next Sunday I'm going to tri my first Ironman (Canada). For next year I'm going to do Ironman Arizona in april and Ironman Canada again in August. I've done one 1/2 IM this summer and a couple of sprints last year.

I feel like I'm new because I have so much to learn so I hope i'm welcome here. All my previous tri's I have had to swim breaststroke but now I'v learned freestyle. Ha Ha. Anyways I have so much more to learn like how to use a logbook, which brought me to this site, and lots about heart-rate training and nutrition and OH so much more.

Hopefully I can share some of my lessons along the way.
