Saying HI

Aloha,

I have decided to give this a tri As you may have guessed, I live in Hawaii home of Ironman and Xterra. My boss has done Ironman 19 times and is the World Xterra Champion in her age bracket. Having recently lost over 80 lbs. I've decided this is what I need to push me to the next level of fitness. I have been very physically active over the last few years while losing weight; running, biking, aerobics, etc. About 6 weeks ago I started swimming and have made such incredible progress it has convinced me that a triathlon is not only possible but highly probable. There is a sprint "mountain man" here in November I would love to do and that's my first goal. Anyway, that's my story. I look forward to meeting you all!!!
