Subject: going for it
Hi, my name is Ken. I have entered races in the past, only running. I am looking forward to completing my first tri. It has been a while since I have swam or cycled long distance, I am excited about the challenge. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

welcome kevin...keep your training easy-ish as u build up in the beginning months...dont overdo and stick with what your program dictates....oh yea, get a 'real' pair of running shoes preferrably from a running shop with knowledgeable people.

good luck!
