I guess it would depend on what you are training for.I use www.tripower.com I am training for an IM next April, otherwise I would just do what felt right or get training programs for free from the internet. Mike Plumb the coach for tripower lives here in San Diego so it is very convenient for me. I have seen him race and had a chance to interview him before I signed up with him. |
