Subject: where to find good meal plans for free
I've been searching the web for meal plans that give me recipes, shopping lists catered to endurance athletes on the web. It can be a collection of one week plans but more ideally would be a collection of month long plans. If anyone knows where I can find these I'd be eternally grateful!!!!

You can just "Bump" it to the top

To address your question...what are your dietary needs, what are your weight/fitness goals, do you have any "special" dietary concerns (latose intolerant, etc), do you need a huge varied of food so you don't get bored with your lifestyle or can you usually eat 8-12 of the same meals?

These questions will help in building your program.

You could possibly do this yourself with a program like fitday.com.

I have no real limitations dietary. My wife is a vegetarian but we make compromises she eats fish and tries a little of my meat and variety would be great. Other then that I'd follow what ever the plan outlined.
