Comments:

Mile 1 was hard. The first mile always tends to be. After that was cruise control. The last 1/4 mile is an uphill, which I sprinted to the finish.
What would you do differently?:

Nada.

Warm down:

Lots of heavy breathing. Free food: juice, bananas and oranges.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Umm...dunno. I thought I did very well.

Event comments:

Total fun!!! Big party in Westport afterwards!

This was a fun run. I thought it would be colder, but turned out to be perfect weather.

Do any of you guys know where/when online results will be posted? I went to sportkc.com and can't find this race on the links provided. I think I ran a PR, but never stopped my watch when I finished.

I just checked again and they STILL haven't posted them yet! I thought it was going to be cold too, good think I didn't run in a long sleeve like I had intended.
