This guy is just amazing. I remember reading a short clip of the race in one of the tri mags but didn't realize how little he trained to do this. Makes Lance and his 13mi prep for the NYC marathon look weak.

Only cause he lost 30min with a flat, then used a rental back-up. JUST SICK AND SUPER ADMIRABLE! Only a SEAL would do this.

I'm glad he's on our side.

I swam 40 minutes today and complained in my head the whole time that the water was cold. I feel like a big wusssssss. I take that back, I AM a big wuss.

And for those who didn't read the article, his first running event was Badwater and he finished 5th overall.  That's incredible too. (Badwater = desert ultra marathon.)

I should probably unbunch my knickers and quit complaining about having swimmer's ear. I should probably go run 100k tonight as penance.

Holy freakin' red bike that dude is incredible. Sounds like he'd clean up at Kona.

I read this article 3 X today and I'm still in awe (shaking my head).

Can you imagine what this guy is capable of in combat?
Again, I'm happy he's on our side.

This guy is just plain awesome.

hey Hangloose sunday you can met someone who did badwater too.

heck she ran 100 miles on a broken leg.

People really amase me but people like lance and this guy spend there lives being in prime shape. The distances are amazing but there is a big difference between us avgerate joes who get off the couhc and train and those who are paid to train.

I guess it proves the navy seals are just plain bad red bikes.
