Hello, all.

I have been working at this most of the summer and was going to do the Big Creek Oly. Last minute surgery forced me to miss the event, severely bummed but more determined than ever to do it right.

I swim a litte better than rock, but am starting to work with the total immersion book and video. I love cycling, will definately be my strong event. Running shouldn't be a problem once I get my base miles back up about 5 years ago I did a couple half marathons.
