Subject: LT done now what does it mean?

I did a running LT test today and this is the result if anyone can help me figure out what it means i would appreachate it.

LT test 15 min warm up run then 10 min at TT pace followed by 20 min at TT pace  no rest in between.

LT comes out to be 153 that is the ave HR for the last 20 min.  I think I did not push quite hard enough but this is a good starting point.

Ending HR was 163
after 1 min walk it was 130
After 2 min walk 114
after 3 min walk 109

I am a 44 year old male about 15 lbs overweight and have been trainning for 1 year now.

And a really long (but good) thread on the subject.

Hope that helps
