I did a functional power threshold test this PM (1st since returning to training after been sick) and even though it went ok I have a bit of a pain on the back of my knee which might indicate my seat is a tad too high. I'll move my seat a bit forward and see how it feels. This weekend I'll talk to the guy who usually do my bike fitting to ask him about maybe getting a reverse stem to lower my front end a bit more.
