Triathlon Talk viewing problem

First, log off the web.  Go to top of your screen.  Click on TOOLS...INTERNET OPTIONS...SETTINGS.  Under "Check for new version of stored pages", see if the "automatic" box is checked.  If the "never" box is checked, that's probably the problem.  If not then...

Log off first.  Then go to the  top of your screen.  Click on TOOLS... INTERNET OPTIONS... DELETE FILES.  Log back on and see if that helps. 

If not, log off again, then try TOOLS...INTERNET OPTIONS...CLEAR HISTORY.  You might have to shut down and r-start the computer.

Sounds like a cache or cookie problem is causing an old page to load.  Everything's been working fine here, I haven't seen those problems at all.

I am now at my lab and the forum updates are working normally on this computer.  I will try your suggestions later when I get on my apartment computer.   

I would guess you are right but I wonder how the settings got messed up.  I am the only person who uses the comptuer at the apartment.  I didn't mention that "refresh" had no effect nor did logging off and on nor restarting the computer.

Very strange.
