LOL ok, now I'm confusticated so let me see if I got this right... We're in the "Summer Solstice" Challenge, but I put my updated stats in the "Winter Solstice" Challenge thread.

I was thinking the Winter Solstice thread was for a separate challenge that ends/ended at the winter solstice.

What am I missing here? hehe

Hey all, I'd love to get in on the challenge if I still can... Initial weight (3/21): 162.4; weight yesterday (3/28): 163. Goal weight: 155. It'll be interesting to see what my race this weekend does to things.

If I can get my seasons right that is what it will say.  

It snowed here in Vegas last Wed so it seemed like Winter.

Alright! I am very excited about this!

Initial Weight (March 31): 205lbs

Initial Body Fat: 28%

Weight Goal (June 21): 180lbs

Body Fat Goal: 18%

If I did the math right that should work out to a drop in pure fat of 24lbs.

Actually if you lost 10% BF you would lose 20 lbs and be at 185.  Good luck on losing JUST bodyfat.

I'd like to jump in if not too late.

I've gone from 202 to 175 lbs. since Dec. 1 and woud like to put the finishing touches on this chapter as I approach my A race in late June.

Initial Weight:   175 lb.

Initial BF:   13.8% 

Goal Weight:   167 lb.

Goal BF:   10%
