Yay for the donkey!

Oh, btw...I still have the sign from Trailbreaker in my car...I will pass it on to whatever little person is around who wants to wave it at the finish (maybe Dash, who will be watched by Bri, whose big sis Rach will be Donkey photog for the day (did I get the story right, Craig?))

Rescuers have donkey in a sling

A donkey that fell about 15 feet into an old well was rescued by the Town of Plymouth Fire Department today.

Sheboygan County Sheriff's officials said firefighters were able to use a sling to lift the donkey out of the hole.

The animal was evaluated by a veterinarian and appeared to be healthy and fine, according to sheriff's officials.



I guess we shouldn't have expected any other result. Can't keep a donkey down, even if it is in a well.
