Subject: Changing off Days in TP
I want to change the default off days on my training plan.  I do not work out on Sundays so I want to move it around a bit.  How can I do this the easiest so that it effects the entire training plan?  I still want to keep the same on and off days every week of the plan, just modify from the current plan on off days.  I hope this makes sense.

Moving everything forward by one day looks at it would then give you Wednesday and Sunday off instead of Tuesday and Saturday...I only looked ahead a few months though...

So you can either wipe out your planned training and re-import it but stagger the 'ending' date one day past your race (if you went by race date)...it shouldn't affect your taper.

OR

Move the time period up by one day.
